Scope

This website presents the professional work of P V N S Rohit and provides information about playback, live performance, composition, songwriting, appearances and collaborations.

Bookings

An enquiry does not create a booking. An engagement is confirmed only when management issues written confirmation or an agreement setting out the scope, date, fees, expenses and production or travel requirements.

Payments

Project and booking payments must be made only against an authorised invoice or written agreement. The website may also accept voluntary artist-support contributions toward independent music. Contributions do not purchase services, ownership, royalties or creative control. Applicable taxes or processing terms will be shown on the payment page.

Intellectual property

Music, recordings, images, names, marks and website materials remain the property of their respective owners. No licence or permission is granted except where expressly agreed in writing.

Event and project changes

Changes to dates, scope, production requirements or deliverables are subject to availability and written agreement. Additional costs may apply.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from a professional engagement is limited by the terms of its written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
