& refunds.

Professional services

Because each engagement reserves dates and may involve preparation, production and travel commitments, the specific cancellation terms are set out in the written agreement or invoice for that engagement.

Artist-support contributions

Voluntary support payments are generally final once processed because they are not purchases of goods or services. Duplicate or mistaken payments will be reviewed promptly, and refunds will be issued where required by law.

Before work begins

If the client cancels before work begins, any refund of an advance will be calculated after deducting non-recoverable costs and work already completed, in accordance with the written agreement.

After work begins

Fees attributable to completed work, reserved dates, approved deliverables and non-recoverable expenses are ordinarily not refundable. Any remaining amount will be handled under the engagement agreement.

Cancellation by the artist or management

If the artist or management must cancel and cannot offer an acceptable alternative, amounts paid for undelivered services will be refunded, excluding separately agreed or already incurred third-party costs where permitted.

Refund timing

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary and will be communicated when the refund is approved.

No physical shipping

This website offers professional creative and performance services and may accept voluntary artist-support contributions. No physical goods are sold or shipped through the website.
